What do I need to rent a car?
Each person who intends to drive must bring a valid driver’s license and a valid means of payment on the day the car will be picked up.
Can I change my appointment?
Yes! With 24 hours notice, you can change your appointment time without an additional fee.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before pick-up.
Can I pay in cash?
Yes, we allow payment in cash where the vehicle is to be picked up.
How quickly will my reservation be confirmed?
Reservations are confirmed within 24 hours. If making a last minute reservation (pick up within the next 48 hours) we strongly suggest you contact us at +599-9-6862107.
Can anyone besides the reservation applicant drive the car?
Yes; 2 people are allowed to drive. however, each person who intends to drive the car must submit a valid driver’s license on the day the car will be picked up. If it is not possible for all drivers to be present on the day of pick-up, a copy of their driver’s license (both sides) must be prepared in advance and submitted.
